Exact dates limit route pooling and require us to reserve driver and vehicle availability around your chosen day. Sometimes that means empty positioning or blocking a calendar slot that could otherwise serve several compatible pets.

Only the Exclusive Private Journey is fully private — the whole Tesla is dedicated to your pet or your family's pets. Essential and Comfort may include other compatible pets in a safely separated setup, never loose together.

Yes — choose the Comfort Date-Lock or Exclusive Private journey, which reserve planning around your chosen day. The Essential journey uses flexible route matching, which keeps the price lower.

On Essential, the journey depends on the route being operationally viable. On Comfort you can add Guaranteed Route Commitment, so we don't cancel just because no other compatible pets joined. Exclusive includes a Dedicated Private Route Guarantee.

No. The Additional Driver Fast-Track Upgrade is available only as an add-on to the Exclusive Private Journey, when a second driver is operationally available.

We offer different options. You can book exclusive private transport for one pet, transport for pets from the same family, or selected low-capacity separated transport for up to 4 animals depending on the route and safety requirements.
